Tour Management App (React Native + Firebase)
This Tour Management App is a complete mobile solution designed to simplify group tour planning and financial management. The application allows tour leaders and members to collaborate in real time while keeping all information synchronized across devices.
The project was developed using React Native with Firebase Firestore, combining real-time cloud synchronization with offline capabilities for a smooth user experience even when internet connectivity is unstable.

Security
Unlike many demo applications, this project focuses heavily on security.
The Tour Leader receives a secure login session using unique authentication tokens stored locally. Session validation prevents unauthorized access while allowing automatic login for verified users. Members have separate access permissions to ensure controlled collaboration.
Real-Time Collaboration
Every update made by the Tour Leader instantly appears on every connected device using Firebase Firestore's real-time listener.
Whether updating member information, adding payments, editing budgets, or recording expenses, every participant sees the latest data immediately.
Budget Management
The application contains three financial modules:
- Pre-planned Budget
- Member Payment Records
- Real-Time Expense Tracking
It automatically calculates:
- Total Estimated Budget
- Per Member Budget
- Actual Tour Expenses
- Individual Payment Balance
- Per Person Final Cost
This eliminates manual calculations during group tours.
Offline Support
One of the strongest features of this application is offline capability.
Firestore persistence allows users to continue viewing previously synchronized tour data even without an internet connection, making the application reliable during travel.

Why This App Isn't on Google Play
This application was originally developed as a private project for real-world use.
Due to personal and business considerations, I have chosen not to publish it on the Google Play Store at this time. However, the project is fully functional and demonstrates my expertise in React Native, Firebase integration, secure authentication, offline-first architecture, and real-time mobile application development.
